Professional Journey

Pablo's professional journey spans a wide range of educational settings and institutions across four countries. These experiences include teaching and leading in public, private, international, outdoor, traditional, vocational, disability-inclusive, residential, and day schools—as well as working with private companies. He has had the honor of teaching, mentoring, and coaching learners from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, ranging from early elementary students to older adults.

Through these experiences, he discovered his role in educational leadership and came to appreciate how essential it is to recognize each learner’s uniqueness in order to help them develop and flourish into their fullest potential.
