Services begin with a 40-minute initial consultation, during which we discuss your needs, challenges, objectives, and current resources. This session also serves to create your personal file, forming the foundation for recommending services and strategies to help you achieve your goals. Consultations can be held via Zoom or in person; for in-person meetings outside the Yokohama area, clients are asked to cover round-trip travel expenses. Following the consultation, a detailed follow-up email will outline package options and help schedule your first session.
